Our web host may process basic technical information, such as IP address and request logs, to operate and secure the site. If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about your visit, such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and your approximate location, which we see only as totals.

We use enquiry information to reply, discuss a possible project and, if you become a client, deliver the agreed work. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, or our legitimate interests in running and protecting the business. Analytics runs only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time on the cookies page.

The booking link opens Calendly in a new tab. Calendly handles information you provide there under its own privacy notice. This site does not embed Calendly or send booking information to it automatically.

We use suppliers only where needed to run the site and communicate with you, such as hosting, email, WhatsApp, Calendly and, if you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics. They process information under their own terms and privacy information, and Google may process analytics information outside the UK under its own safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to reply and manage a possible project. If you become a client, we keep relevant records for the project and any legal or accounting requirement.

You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to ask for a copy of it. Contact us first and we will respond as required by law. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
